Replacement Balances

I am a homeowner that has six windows with broken balances. This was the only sticker I found to identify the type of window. Can you help with what parts I would need to replace them?

We'd be happy to help but, unforutnately, the window sticker does not indicate the balances that your window uses. We should be able to supply the replacements that you need but we would need to see detailed photos of the original balance removed from the window to compare to our inventory. These were the main components in the window. There also is some nylon string and the shoe, which is still in the window.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unforutnately, the assembly shown in your photo is too damaged to identify. I would recommend checking the other side or an identical window in the house for an intact balance. Make sure to include the shoe that you mentioned, which is an important detail to determine what could work as a replacement.
