Replacement Balances

Good afternoon,

I am looking for replacements for the photographed balances. I was informed it will have to be custom made.

The stamp on this is 22DS37, and the window weighs 35.5lbs.

I will need 4 please. Thank you!

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. This will indeed have to be a custom order since your balance uses the 19-041 top fitting. However, it looks like the wings have broken off one of the shoes to your balance. Can you confirm?

I'm afraid it's hard for us to get accurate dimensions from photos, can you measure as shown below and write out the depth you get? Can you also confirm the length of the metal channel?

Yes confirming, both wings were broken off one of the shoes as one of the pictures I sent shows.

They actually broke off two of the four balances when I wrangled them during removal as the new picture shows.

The balance metal length is 23" long as shown in another new pic.

The shoes are 1" in depth, like the 15-005 as shown in another new pic.

Great, thank you! We'll be taking a 23" long metal channel with the 2270 stamp and attach the 19-041 top fitting and 15-005 bottom shoe. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 34 to 37 pounds.
