Replacement Balances

I have a friend who just bought a home and 3 single hung window balance sets need to be replaced. The overall windows are 2 at 39x58 and 1 at 21x46. The balances are connected to the window with a sliding (kind of square) pin at the head of the operating sash. I do not believe these are tilt type windows.
I have attached photos...looking for complete replacement parts.

Can you submit a photo or two of the other end of the balance? We will need to see the attachment in order to determine the Series.

Here are a few more photos...sorry, the one that really shows the profile was taken on a phone camera and it ended up very small...I drew a very rough rendering. The original hardware is busted up, so the attached photos will not look like the original hardware.
My guess is the series 380.
The balances on the smaller window were completely removed (and should be a bit smaller I assume)

It appears your balance attachments do not quite match up to the Series 380, I believe you have our S385 balance series. Order S385-27.
