Replacement Balances for Anderson Narrow Line Windows

Suitable replacements for these windows. Please!

Non Tilt, wood, I believe to be Anderson, Narrow Line Series 200.

The Visible Glass dimensions are;
Lower Sash 28 7/16" Wide X 35 15/16" Height
Uppe Sash 28 7/16" Wide X 23 15/16" Height

The Markings on the old balance are clear, as you can see in the photos,
E28 9#31 7-85
11600-17

Hope I have provided enough information for you to recommend the replacements I need.

You provided enough information, for certain. All your 9#31 balances can be replaced by the 24-939 Andersen replacement box. Do you have any other codes?

Can you tell me how to order a new Jamb liner that was damaged Prior to removal. And also the top jamb liner. I have also seen protective guides for the starting of the windows when installing. Any information you could provide on these two items for these Narrow Line Windows would be appreciated.

I'm afraid we do not sell replacement jamb liners. You will need to contact Andersen directly for assistance.
