I have a window with both balance pivot shoes broken. The glass measures 31 x 19.
The existing balances are plain, and measure 31" long x 1/2" wide and deep. The stamps on the balances is 30 3 BSI.
I want to replace the balances and the pivot shoes, and the channel measures 1 1/4".
Can you advise me which Balance and shoes to purchase please?

I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. We have dozens of different balances with that stamp. It's not a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring.
In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom ends and the clip at the end of the cord.

I have atached 5 photos showing the balance and pivots. The balances still work, but I am happy to buy more. The pivots are smashed and I need new ones to clip on to the balances, and fit into the channels via the slots at the bottom. Thanks for your help

Thank you. This looks like a match for our S795-31, alright. Just make sure that you have a screw tab at the top, not a hook. If you have a hook then our screw-tab version won't install in your window.
I also recommend weighing your sash on a scale to confirm which of our stamp options will work. It may be 31C, but that is an educated guess.
