Replacement Bulb weatherstripping

I have casement windows and need replacement bulb weatherstripping. The bulb and barb are 1/4 inch making for a total estimated height of 1/2 inch. I cannot tell the exact height because the bulb is somewhat compressed due to its age.

The width of the barb is 1/8 inch but is also somewhat compressed. There are three barbs per side. The barb is not offset and is centered.

The bulb section is hollow and is about 5/16 in diameter.
