Hello! I believe this model is discontinued. However, if you can give us some detailed photos of the entire hinge, we can try to get something to work for you.

Thank you for the additional image! I have found something that is similar, but I am not sure if it can work. I will let you know as soon as we have it in our catalog so that you can review. Keep in mind that if it does work, you will need to replace both hinges at the same time with this newer style.
