Replacement Caldwell

I have multiple one of these devices that I need to replace. The code on the device is 21-3 FL Caldwell. Both end connections have wings. It is 22 inches long by 1/2" wide. I have additional pictures if need be.

Thanks for writing in! The window balance pictured here can be replaced with the S378-22, S380-22, or the S385-22. To determine which of these is the best fit for the window, you'll need to confirm the depth measurement of the shoe.

You can likely select the 21 3 stamp option but it might be a good idea to double check that the sash weight falls between 12 to 15lbs.
