Replacement Caldwell Balancers 37 3 FN Caldwell

A quick learner from San Francisco says:
We want replacement 10 sets of balancers for 37 3 FN Caldwell. What do the numbers mean? See attached photos. The channel is 1/2 inch and the interior length is 37" the bottom piece seems to be 1"wide.

Let me know if you need any other info to id.

Thank you

We used to be able to obtain these locally butt our source is no longer in business. We owned a large apartment building so have replaced many balancers over the years but these are for our own residence.

We may be able to help, but we'll need more information to help. That stamp just tells us the strength of the balance. To know what you need, I'd like to see pictures of the nylon fittings on both ends of the metal channel. Also, could you confirm the length of the metal channel? A balance with a stamp starting with 37 is usually actually 38" long, so I'd like to be certain.

A quick learner from San Francisco says:
yes it is 38inch total length.

Perfect, thanks. This looks a lot like our S380-38 or 385-38. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. See the image below. For a new stamp option choose 3730.
