For a balance with wings (the tabs on the plastic pieces), the options are our Series 380 and Series 385 channel balances. You need to measure the bottom attachment (the shoe) to tell which of the two Series you have. They're identical, except the one measurement shown below. Series 380 has the 1" shoe, and Series 385 has the 1-3/32" shoe. Measure and pick the one that matches.

You will then need to select the 27" version of the balance, because I suspect your metal channel measures 27". You can verify that. The final step to preparing your order is to choose the option. In your case, it's probably 2640, which holds window sashes that weigh between 19 and 26 pounds. You can remove the sash and weigh it to verify that, as well.
