Replacement Caldwell Window Springs

Question

Hello, I am trying to find replacements window springs. The cable on one of my springs snapped and I'd like to order 2. They both are stamped with the same indicator

"14 2 GR Caldwell"

The channel appears to be 15" long not counting the plastic overhang

Hello there!

Your hardware is a match for either our S380-15 or S385-15 channel balance. These parts may look almost identical but the important difference is the depth of the bottom shoe. The Series 380 comes attached with a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 comes attached with a 1-3/32" shoe. See the image below to determine which one matches up. You will also need the 1420 strength option, based on your 14 2 stamp.
