Replacement Caldwell channels needed

A home owner from Washington says:
I need to replace balances on 6 windows, they are stamped 26 4 Caldwell. The sash weight is 23.4 pounds and the metal only length on the balance is 27 inches

Hello! Based on your photos, I was able to narrow it down to two possibilities: either our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between them is the depth of the bottom shoe, so you'll have to measure yours to confirm the best option. Regardless of which one you go with, you'll want to choose the 2640 option when prompted to match the old stamp.
