Thanks for posting. This casement operator looks a lot like our 39-220B and 39-221B, but review the dimensions below to ensure it matches what you have. Let me know if anything differs. For new covers and handles, see either the 39-375 and 39-376, or the 39-451 and 39-452, depending on the style you prefer. For new stud brackets, see the 39-545 and 39-546. Will the 36-004-10 Stainless Steel 2 Bar Hinge set be the correct replacement?

Sure, that hinge set is certainly an option if the specifications match up with what you're searching for. We just recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
