Replacement Casement Hardware

Question

The hard is in a Bonneville mulled double casement. We'll need one left and one right hand. The mechanism has become loose over time and falling out of the guide track so it requires removing the screen to pull the window in so the outside "roller" beyond the middle of the guide track then the mechanism work as expected.
