Replacement Casement Mechanism

Can you identify this casement mechanism. The only label I see on the cover plate is "Truth". My gears are stripped and will no longer open the window. Thankyou. Paul

I'm not able to identify what you may have here, unfortunately. I would need to see a full view of the operator's arms that push the window. Let me know if that's something you can get for us!

See if these pics help. Let me know if I need to pop the wood base trim off to expose the entire mechanism. I was trying to avoid removing the trim until I knew I could obtain replacement parts
