Replacement Casement Operator

The shaft for the crank is broken at the gearing and will only open the window. Looking for a crank for the window that is at least 30 years old. The second photo is of the locking lever to help identify the window brand as there are no markings to be found on the window itself.

I'm confident we can replace this operator for you, but we need to see it either out of the window or at least with the window open with a clear, bird's eye perspective, with the link arm(s) in full view. Looks like a TRUTH logo on the one arm.

Please confirm if you agree that part Product Code: 39-083 would be the correct item.

You'll want to remove it from the window and compare the wingspan dimension to be absolutely sure; but yes, this looks like a 39-083 to me.
