My bathroom window, American Craftsman, 24 x 30 inches, installed in 2001, failed due to the plastic Open/close mechanism. The mounting screws are 3" inches apart. The device has an 8"inch arm which is on the LEFT side looking OUT.
I need a REPLACEMENT mechanism, metal, if possible, in white.

We've come across this type of operator in the past but, unfortunately, it was discontinued and we have not been able to locate a suitable replacement. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
