Replacement Casement Window Crank

Although, to narrow down the possible replacements, I'll need to know the diameter of the opening on the handle that fits onto the operator. It would also help to see a photo of the spline to determine its shape.

I'm sorry to say that measurement wouldn't be accurate. A piece from your handle has been broken off and is still installed to the operator, you'll need to remove it to measure the spline diameter.

Those appear to be the measurements you provided in the photo above. Unfortunately, those are not accurate dimensions because the piece you need to measure is still connected to the base of the operator. Are you able to remove the gray metal piece from the the operator? This piece is typically part of the handle. If it cannot be removed, you may need to replace the entire operator to replace your crank handle.

Going by those measurements, I would not be able to make part recommendation for you. Unfortunately, we do not have anything that fits those dimensions.
