Replacement Casement Window Handles

Hi, I'm wondering if you might be able to help me locate some replacement casement window handles. The plastic seems to worn out and is no longer engaging with the window operator.

I'm having trouble locating the brand/manufacturer information.

I've attached several photos. Have you guys ever seen anything like this?

I appreciate any assistance you might be able to provide. Thank you

Hello!

We've seen this operator many times. It's the 39-091 which is compatible with the 39-224 folding handle. Have a look and let us know if you have any other questions.

Yes, I think you're correct. The spline diameter is 5/16" not 5/8". I'll purchase some of those. Thank you!
