27 9 IV cmc 2 on the window channel balance. Can you tell me which one will work on my window? Thank you

Take a look at our S395-28. See if this matches what you'd need. You'll have to choose a stamp option, but your stamp code of 27-9 is from an older rating system we do not use. Obtain the exact weight of your window sash, then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the balance's shop page.
