Replacement Channel Balance

Question

Hello, I'm looking for some help determining the correct channel balance for my homes vinyl windows. The markings on the current balance are 26 4 CO CALDWELL and look to be 27" long. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Hello, thank you for posting,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You will need a 27" balance with a 2640 stamp option. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions.
