Hi, my old channel balance does not have a number on it. Which would be the correct replacement part?

May I see a photo of the pulley that should be installed in the center of the balance? This is where the spring and string meet. You may need to find an undamaged balance to obtain this photo.

Thanks for providing the photo! Your old channel balance can be replace with either the S380-27 with a 1" shoe or the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which of these is the series you need, be sure to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe.

To select the stamp option needed for your balance, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the window sash. There is a chart below the product description of both balances that details the weight range each stamp can support.
