Hello there. This looks like it could be either a S380-34 or S385-34. The only difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 3330.

Hi Bob,

Thank you for the quick response. The dimension of my bottom clip is .915. It is not 7/8" or 1". The length of the metal part is 34".

Hey Louie, if the shoe depth is greater 7/8" but less than 1", I would go with the Series 380. These shoes can wear down a bit from age. Most likely it was originally 1" deep. Let me know if you have further questions.
