Hello,
Looking for a replacement for this window channel balance, non-tilting. It's stamped A2035, 21" long. What would be the best replacement part for this? Not sure to order 2030 or 2040, and don't have easy access to weigh the actual window.

Thanks for your post! This window balance can be replaced with the S350-21. Like yours this balance has a wingless top and winged bottom shoe.

To determine the correct stamp option, you'll need to confirm the exact weight of the sash. Unfortunately, your stamp does not cross-reference with ours, so that is the only way to confirm.

A pair of 2030 stamps will support 12 to 15lbs; the 2040 will support 15 to 23lbs.

Hi again Jasmine, looks like I actually need this other piece on both sides of the window. Any idea what parts for both left and right sides?

Happy to hear from your again! The part you are searching for is the top sash guide. We do not have an exact replacement for yours but the 18-172 may work for the repair. You'll need to drill a new hole to accommodate for the offset installation hole.
