Replacement Channel Balance for Kinco Windows

Hello, I'm trying to identify the correct top and bottom shoe brackets for a replacement channel balance. These are from (apparently) Kinco windows - house was built in 2002. They are 30 inch in length (9/16 wide) for non-tilting windows with numbering 29 6 XF BSI on the side of the channel. My measurement of the bottom shoe looks like 1 inch front to back. To me, this looks like a model Series 380 balance. Can you please confirm? Thanks! Jack.

Hi Jack,

The channel balance you have here does appear to be the S380-30, especially if the shoe depth is 1". You'll need to select the 2960 stamp option for you replacements.

Be sure to double check the depth measurement to confirm.
