Replacement Channel Balance for Nuair window

Question

I am in need of 2 replacement channel balances for a non-tilt  Nuair window. The markings on the balance say J 2428#. The metal channel by itself is 25". I have attached photos above.

Your balance's configuration appears to match our S380-25 or S385-25 channel balance. The best replacement option will depend on the bottom shoe depth so you'll need to measure as shown in the image below. Your 2428 stamp is odd and doesn't match any of our options, however. You'll need to weigh your sash and refer to the chart under the product description on the S380 and S385 store pages to determine the appropriate spring strength option for your balance.
