there is a 28 f stamped on the back of the channel balancers. They are 29" long and 1/2 in wide but I can not find the exact top and bottom on you site. Tim

Thanks for posting! Before I can identify what Series your balance is, I'd first have to see what your top attachment is. Look at our 19-002 and 19-005. Which of these matches your hardware?
As for the bottom shoe, I think it might be our 15-005. Take a look and compare its dimensions to what you have and see if you agree.

The windows were from Milestone Aluminum Series 1000 single hung windows who went bankrupt then Benda Aluminum products LLC bought them out,
The 19-002 top shoe seams proper the bottom was not the proper one.

Those dimensions are very close to our 15-005. I don't think there should be a problem with using that.
Since the 19-005 and 15-004 do not match any of our existing Series, your balance would have to be custom made. I have all the information I need except for one detail: the stamp option. Can you tell me what the stamp on your balance reads?

Great. I'll email you a custom order link right now. It is a 29" long channel balance with a 19-002 top and 15-005 bottom, and a stamp of 2860. Two balances with this stamp can hold a window weight range of 23 through 35 pounds. Look over this information and see if it looks good before placing your order.

The stamp on my channels was 28F
is 2860 the stamp for your channels?

28F usually corresponds to our 2860 option, yes. If you still aren't sure, though, just compare the weight of your sash to the rating I've listed for the 2860 option and see if they match up.
