Replacement Channel Balances

A contractor from Largo, Florida says:

Hello. I am trying to locate replacement channel balances for a 52"×37" single hung vinyl window. The metal frame part of the balance is 16" long. It has a stamp on it that reads 15 10BSI VH

Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351-16, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-16, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 1510 spring strength option for your replacement balances. Thank you!
