Replacement Channel Balances 5/8" x 1-5/8"

Question

I need 2 pairs of replacement channel balances but don't have the old ones for a sample. The hole where the channel balance will fit is 5/8" x 1-5/8". The sliding window is 27.5" x 16.5" and weighs 6.7 pounds. The take out clip is intact. Attached are some photos of the window. Thank you, Jeff

Do you have a similar same size window in the house? If so, they would use the same size balance, if not you can show us the nylon end fittings on the side load balance. You gave us the size of the sash, 27.5" X 16.5", but what is the approximate size of the glass in the sash? May we also see the top sash guide in the sash?
