We can supply this balance as a custom order, yes. It would be similar to our S380-27 but with a 7/8" deep 15-029 shoe at the bottom, rather than the 15-005.
Before we go any further, I will need you to weigh your sash on a scale and tell me the precise weight, down to the ounce. Your stamp is unfortunately a little outdated and I can't use that to determine the calibration.

Below are pics showing the weight of the window as 29 pounds using a luggage scale. I included the pic showing that I did remove the window from the window frame but due to the louver shutter frame I left it inside the casing.

Thanks, Frank. So for a sash weight of 29 pounds, I would go with the 2650 option. Two balances with this option can support 26 through 30 pounds. Just note that custom made balances are non-refundable, so you may want to triple check that weight to be 100% sure its accurate. If your sash weight is below or above that range, the 2650 stamp option will not function properly.
