Looking for replacement S751 channel balances. Was informed by customer service that the blue shoe means that these will need to be custom balances.
it is 37" in length, window tilts, ribbed channel, window weight is over 39 lbs. I need a quantity of (4) balances.

Based on your description and from what I can see in the window. have the 37" Series 751 balance with a 15-233 Blue Locking Terminal, which will need to be a custom order. The strongest weight range for theses balances is 29 to 38lbs.
Before I can get the order link for these balances sent to you, I'll need to know the exact weight of your sash. This will be important to in determining the correct weight range your balances would need to support.
