Replacement Channel Balances

I'm happy to look into this for you, but before I can I'd like you to verify the length of the metal channel. I can't quite make it out in your photo.

Would it also be possible to see a clearer picture of the pulley right where it meets the shoe? That's a bit of an odd design you have here and I'd like a closer look, just to make sure it won't cause an issue.
