Hello! I have a broken Channel Balance that I need to replace but need the correct one to order. The stamp says 17 5 HQ Caldwell and measures 18 inches long. Please let me know if you need anything else.

We can assist with a replacement, but to further review, we will need to see an additional picture of the inside of the metal channel where the spring and pulley system connect. From there we can determine the best fit for your window. Thank you!

Hi Bob, thank you for the additional picture,
With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
You will need a 18" balance with a 1750 stamp option. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions!
