Replacement Channel balances 26 4

Stamped with 26 4 and B S I. My window is vertical slide, non-tilt. I am thinking I should be ordering product S385-27: 2640. Can you please confirm?

Hello,

Unforutnately, the S385 would not be a suitable replacement for the balance assembly shown in your photos. We can supply your balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. We'll just need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two, to send over an order link and price quote. Thank you!

Great. Before we send you an order link, I would appreciate it if you could send us one more straight-on photo of the metal hook shown in your last photo that shows where the pulley is attached. There are two versions of this balance that use a similar hook, so I want to be sure of the correct match before we proceed.

Thanks for all your help with that first window. The new one arrived and installed perfectly. We're going to keep going replacing all the ones that need it. I have uploaded photos for the next window which is of the same vintage and make as the other. Can you tell me what we need to order for it? Thanks.

That's great! It looks like these are the same balances and stamp code that we originally quoted you for. We would just need to confirm the number of additional balances you need to send over a new order link.
