Replacement Channel balances

Question

I need a pair of plain channel balances.
Balance is 28 inches long
Top has a clip that fits into a hole in the channel
Stamped with "28C" and "BSIN"
Also, need installation assistance: no cut-outs in channel, so how to remove/install bottom piece? I accidentally broke off a small piece of the channel removing it.

Thanks for reaching out! Your window balance can be replaced with the S795-28 with a 28C Stamp. Although, since it has a hook at the top, the replacements will need to be customer assemblies. I'm happy to provide you with a quote but I'll need to know the number of balances you'd like to purchase. The quantity minimum is (2) balances.

In regard to removing the balance, please see our video tutorial for the Crossbow assemblies. Beginning around the 3 minute and 12second mark we demonstrate how to remove/install the balances.

The shoe you have is the 15-194 1" T-Lock Balance Shoe. These are sold separately from the balances but they are fairly easy to swap out with the shoe that will come on the balance. There is a tutorial for this process as well.
