Your balance system was our Series 151, which the manufacturer discontinued and replaced with Series 150. We do still have
15-141 pivot shoes that fit Series 151, if your coil springs are still good. You could get away with just replacing the shoes. If not, you will need the
15-140 pivot shoes, which use
Series 150 coil springs. For your #5 coil spring, you would order S150-5.
