Your balance assembly resembles the 15-087 pivot housing that is compatible with the Series 180 coil springs. Compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit! For a coil stamped with the number 7, please review the S180-7 that can hold 7 pounds of weight. With the other side, the total sash weight should be 14 pounds. Also review the 16-031 bracket.
