I was hoping you could help me determine replacement parts for my window. I would like to replace all the hardware, not just the spring. I need them for both sides of the window please. The window is 14 lbs. I have included pictures of the broken part and the peg on the window. Let me know if you need more information

Hello, Kevin. We definitely sell this balance assembly, but we only sell the components separately. Please see our 15-180 pivot shoe, 15-181 clip, 15-182 barrel, and Series 190 spring. I recommend using the number printed on the old springs as a reference for which Series 190 option to pick.
If you also wanted the pivot bar in your second photo, please remove it from the sash and show me a clear photo of it without obstruction. I can then see if we sell an applicable replacement.
