Identifying numbers on the actual coil are:
Patent #5232208 #10.0 35"
Does this come in a complete kit?

Hi Lee. Can you show us the pivot shoes that these springs attach to? Can you tell us the thickness of the coil tape? It should be 1/2" or 3/8". See what you think.

The coil is 1/2"pics of pivot shoe and other piece attached

Perfect, thanks. The pivot shoe is the 15-228. The 1/2" coil spring stamped #10 would be the S160-10 10 pound spring. For new coil housing see the 15-150S. Let me know if you have questions!
