Replacement Covers

A home owner says:
I have two casement windows with no hardware covers. Are there replacements sold?
I can see the following on the casement arm: 1361461
It appears that hardware in other rooms are Truth brand.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

The other hardware in your house might be Truth, but from this angle your operator looks a lot like an Andersen mechanism to me, such as our 39-264. Look it over and see if you agree. If not, please remove the operator for a closer look. If it is indeed the 39-264, you could use a cover like our 39-152
