It looks like you are showing the spline of the operator where the handle attaches. This part is not meant to be removed and can not be repaired once it is broken, so the entire assembly will need to be replaced. We can still help but we would need to see the entire operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!
