There are no identification numbers on the crank assembly
The measurements are as follows:
1. Hand Crank: 4 inches
2. Short Lever: 6 inches
3. Long Lever: 12 inches straight run(i.e.: before it starts to curve towards window.

Hello,

Your photos remind me of the 39-399 and 39-400 roto operators. Take a look and see how the measurement below and the end of the long arm that attaches to the sash compare to your assembly. I'm also not sure what piece you're referring to as the 6" long short lever. It seems like you might be referring to the hinge assembly, which is similar to our 36-048. Take a look and see what you think.
