Replacement Crank Part

Dear Sirs,

Do you have a replacement part as per attached photo. This fits on a metal tube at the bottom of a crank out window next to crank handle.

Have tried to piece broken parts together so you can get a better view.

This looks like a match for our 36-018E torque bar bearing. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
