Replacement Cranks for Home Depot Cardinal 172 casement windows

I trying to find replacement cranks for these Cardinal 172 windows I bought from Home Depot about 10 years ago. I have attached the crank handle part number OP05-7810.

Thanks for posting! I see you were looking at our 39-330. I think this is our best option, based on your photos.
