There are no names or part numbers on this handle. Do I need to remove the entire piece.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the door hardware shown in your photos. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.

Inside of part says "703", which I assume is the part number and "Made in Italy"
The distance from screw to screw is 8 1/4" or 210 mm.
Do you have anything that will work?

It looks like you may be showing the outside pull of the same handle set shown in your original post above. If so, I'm sorry to say that it is still not something that we can supply. We apologize for the inconvenience.
