Replacement Door Handle Required

My name is Dennis. I have one of your sliding glass door handles that recently started to get a crack so I require a new one. I would like the same handle as it matches my interior perfectly. It has a wood handle and a metal attachment. It says Sash Controls Inc, Detroit 20, Mich. 060-1255.
