Replacement Door Hardware for Comfort Bilt Storm Door

A handy person from Soddy Daisy TN says:

I need help finding a replacement handle set for a Comfort Bilt storm door. The inside handle keeps pulling off. My suspicion is that someone used extra force to open the door and broke something inside the latch. I am trying to identify the correct replacement door hardware for this model.
