Replacement Door Sweep

I've been trying to locate a replacement door sweep. I'm attaching a couple pics, one of the old door sweeper where the distance between the vertical kerfs is 1 1/4" and the other pix of the bottom of the door shows the three 1/4" channels where there is ~ 1/2" between each side channel and the center channel. Can you help? Thanx.

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. I'm afraid we haven't been bale to find a sweep with these exact dimensions. Could you possibly use something like our 58-176? This just wraps around the bottom of the door and installs on the sides using screws. Let me know what you think.
