Good afternoon, several years ago we purchased this door from Harvey. After 6 months the handle broke. My contractor spent 3 years trying to get a replacement from Harvey... no luck. I contacted Harvey numerous times and today they sent me to your website saying you were one of their suppliers for this particular handle. I don't have a model number.
Do you have anything that matches this particular handle? The lock works fine.
