Replacement Door handle/lock

Question

Our door handle no longer works, and we need to replace. The only identifiying mark on it is the "The Atrium Lock" printed on it. Can you help?

Thanks for posting. We may be able to replace this, but it ultimately comes down to your dimensions. My associate Manuella tells me she recommend our 82-400 to start out. I think this is a good jumping off point. Carefully look over our dimensions and see how well they match up. If they differ in any way, let me know exactly how.
